Yesterday morning I noticed a swarm of yellow jackets over the rear corner of my house. They were going in and out of an opening under the soffit at an incredible pace. The last thing I want is yellow jackets in my home. I had a similar experience in my basement several years ago, it is NOT fun. I called A&C and spoke with Vincent. He arranged to have a technician come to the house between 3 and 5PM. Kevin arrived within the specified time frame. I had managed to squash one of them with a Swifter duster so I was able to show him what it looked like.

Call and spoke to Brandon was very accommodating and was able to rectify the problem immediately.
