Local Causes We Support
We’re proud to play an active role in local events and initiatives that strengthen our neighborhoods and support meaningful causes. From fundraisers to community celebrations, here are some of the ways we’ve been involved in making a positive impact across Long Island and beyond:
True Partners Nonprofit Network (TPNN)
True Partners Nonprofit Network (TPNN) is a Long Island–based alliance of local businesses committed to strengthening nonprofits that serve individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and other vulnerable populations. A&C Pest Management is proud to support TPNN and its mission to create meaningful connections between small businesses and the organizations doing vital work in our community. Through continued involvement and support of TPNN initiatives, we’re honored to help amplify the impact of local nonprofits across Long Island.
One recent example includes TPNN’s annual Cocktails and Conversations event, where nonprofit leaders from across the region gathered, and the Maurer Foundation was awarded a $10,000 grant to further its breast health education and early detection efforts across Long Island.
American Legion Barbeque
Our team was proud to sponsor the American Legion Barbecue in September, a community-focused event that brought local residents together in support of veterans and their families. Supporting organizations like the American Legion reflects our appreciation for those who have served and our commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work.
SouthShore Center for Independent Living
A&C Pest Management sponsored the 2nd Annual Cornhole Fundraiser this October, benefiting the SouthShore Center for Independent Living, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities in leading self-directed, independent lives. Team members Kevin and Jim were proud to take part in the event, helping raise awareness and funds for programs that empower people throughout the South Shore community.
St. Raphael’s Feast Day Event
Owner Jim, along with a small group of dedicated volunteers, helped organize and run St. Raphael’s Feast Day, a community celebration that welcomed more than 250 attendees. The event brought people together for a meaningful day of connection and tradition, supporting a longstanding local gathering that continues to bring the community closer.
AHRC Foundation
Owner Jim, James, and Collin sponsored the AHRC Nassau Golf Outing, an event dedicated to raising funds for programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Their participation helped contribute to initiatives that enhance opportunities and resources for people across the community.
East Meadow Kiwanis Club
We are proud to support the Kiwanis Club’s annual Secret Snowflake Toy Drive, helping bring holiday cheer to local families in need. By serving as a collection point for unwrapped toys and gift cards, we join the club in its mission to ensure children in the community can celebrate the holidays with joy. This long-standing tradition, supported by students, families, and local businesses alike, provides both gifts and food to families, spreading goodwill and making the season brighter for those who need it most.

Adults and Children with Learning & Developmental Disabilities (ACLD)
We were proud to sponsor ACLD's Bowl-a-thon on March 29th, 2026, supporting Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities. Alan Warner and his daughter Kalie represented A&C on the lanes — and even brought home two awards! We're honored to support an organization doing such meaningful work in our community.
