Just had to write and say what a great experience we had with this company ! I believe I spoke with Vinny over the phone , he was so efficient and kind . We had a yellow jacket issue that needed addressing . Rick was the man they sent to deal and he was absolutely awesome ! He explained every detail of what he was going to do and what will happen. He was so kind and informative . He came on one of the hottest days of the year ( Friday the 13th to be exact) and he did his job while sweating and not one complaint !!
