I thought there might be a spider infestation in my basement. Brian Cowdrey came in to do the inspection. He was very professional and informative.

Have been using the peace of mind program since 2020. That summer out of no where we began to have mice and it was a very uncomfortable situation. They came and placed the bait around the inside and outside of our home and probably after about a month or so we noticed the difference and I haven’t seen a rodent since then. In the beginning they come every 2 weeks or so and once there is no activity, they come back quarterly to check and change the bait. Some of the guys are less thorough then others but the guy that comes for check ups now is very good.

The technician that visits with us is a very friendly fellow, respectful and knowledgeable. We, here at St. John's Lutheran Church in Merrick NY, are grateful for A&C on our team. We would be sure to recommend their services to any of our local churches or congregants if there is a need.
