My first encounter with a mouse I immediately called two companies. AMC was not only polite but quicker. EVERY single one of their reps did a fantastic job and I wish I remembered all their names to give them credit. I do know Alan made the last few visits and he was always timely, professional and took the time to investigate any potential activity as if it was the first time. Yesterday morning I noticed a swarm of yellow jackets over the rear corner of my house. They were going in and out of an opening under the soffit at an incredible pace. The last thing I want is yellow jackets in my home. I had a similar experience in my basement several years ago, it is NOT fun. I called A&C and spoke with Vincent. He arranged to have a technician come to the house between 3 and 5PM. Kevin arrived within the specified time frame. I had managed to squash one of them with a Swifter duster so I was able to show him what it looked like.
